Problem: With their recent push to start all employees at $15 an hour, Amazon was eager to spread the word. In order to inform the public as well as investors, Amazon came to MALKA Media to create a multi-media campaign spreading the news under the name "This Way Up", a program that sees Amazon workers make twice the federal minimum wage. 

Solution: Create a multi-media campaign led by a series of hero videos showcasing Amazon employees and how Amazon's push for a $15 an hour starting wage has changed their lives for the better.
